good intensive instruction (so you get lessons for your tuition fees) at the Body Combat. There is variation of exercises, good occupation of the group. In addition, I participated in a half hour of stretching, here too good instruction applies, no nonsense the instructor knows what she is talking about. This Basic Fit (former Fitland) location offers me what I am looking for: a lesson provided by a person and where you learn and be corrected, and that for an acceptable monthly amount. No video puppet can compete against that! B
