clean, 24x7, good maintenance of equipments, good app for log/records, virtual trainer and personal trainers also possible. even good in corona times, reservations via app is very easy.

Members barely care to re-rack their weights, let alone clean equipment after use - maybe start enforcing these rules somehow? As for the place itself - stale air is the biggest issue especially during these times.

One of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've missed my booking only by 10 mins and lady on the phone didn't let me in while gym was empty. She told me I can't get in without valid reservation, but at this time window I supposed to be inside. It was 05:30 a.m. so I'm really disappointed how she treated me and I'll definitely reccomend to choose other gym than that.
