I highly recommend Kim as a personal trainer. Kim will motivate you and make your workout much more enjoyable. As someone that struggles to go to the gym, having Kim as a personal trainer is much better than going by myself to exercise without knowing what to do. Plus, her positive attitude is contagious! :)

I am training with Kim for a year and a half, I can confidently confirm how professional she's. Her cheerful inspiring character, she tailors the training and the nutrition plan to fit well me she flows up the progress giving advice and encouraging me to be the best version of myself. Kim not just a professional trainer but also a motivating coach that I highly appreciate training with her. I highly recommend Kim for fast results and long term healthy life

I have been training with Kim for about 6 months. I go twice a week and once a week I join Yoga sessions in her gym. I remember our first meeting with Kim where I explained to her that I have a condition called Hashimoto's thyroiditis that leads to slow metabolism, weight gain and all sorts of hormonal imbalance. Exercising was always a big challenge but at the same time the key to fight it. I did try personal training in the past but I often ended up too beaten after a training session or gave up in the middle of it. With Kim it was different. She adjusted the trainings to my level and she took me up step by step. Looking back now, there was never a session that I didn't look forward to, even if I was dealing with a bad migraine I believed that the training session was my relief and it really was! I did great progress and I feel more fit, happier, and my symptoms dissapeared. Kim is an amazing trainer, she makes sure you use every single minute of your hour and fills it with fun moments. She is always energetic and smiling and this is how she convinces you that heavy exercises are fun and you have to do them!! The gym is spacious and well equipped. Two of my friends have also started training with Kim and they are very happy with my recommendation, so I hope you do as well :)

More than 2 years 'member' at Kim for Personal Training and Bootcamp. Both recommended. PT for the personal touch and goals and boot camp for group training. The nice group also helps to motivate you - even if you don't feel like it - to participate again through the chat.
