Referred to this law firm in connection with a dispute with the VvE about making a substantial payment in the VvE Kas. The aim was not to litigate, but to find out what to do and ask for advice on how things work legally in order to be able to go to the meeting with more baggage. From Mr. Moll I have received a thorough and extensive explanation of my situation with a substantiated explanation where there are opportunities and limitations with regard to the division deed and the rules of procedure. No smooth chats to start a procedure, but thorough and complete legal advice. The result was that I appeared well-attended at the battlefield at the meeting and I was able to substantiate why it was not useful to suddenly put an absurdly high sum in the pot. I hope to never again come into contact with this office, but if it is nevertheless necessary, I know where to find them again.

Schakenraad advocaten has failed to handle 4 different cases up to 4 times in recent years, while I have been in need of legal protection for many years and have been referred several times by the legal counter to chess lawyers with all its consequences! Today I went to chess lawyers to ask for something very simple and I was at the door in the hallway that the receptionist still had to open after I had called, immediately threatened by an older mister of chess lawyers that if I did not leave he would police will call, ... My deceased father and a French acquaintance were right, this is a conspiracy against our good name ,.
