We were looking for an owner-occupied home for the first time and wanted to engage a purchase broker in this hectic housing market. Via our financial advisor we ended up at BuitengeWOON brokers. Dirk guided us through several viewings and provided us with very good advice for each property. Particularly in the homes we were very enthusiastic about, he rightly asked critical questions to both us and the sales broker. In doing so, he ensured that we got a good and realistic picture of the homes, but also of our own wishes. With Dirk's help, we made concrete offers for a number of homes, but unfortunately we were constantly outbid in this hectic market. Dirk helped us to keep a cool head and not to do crazy things. Thanks to Dirk's many tips, we ultimately made a completely different choice, namely new construction. Dirk is a very clear, honest and reliable broker who guides you very well in your choices. Highly recommended!
