This Makelaars that should be avoided. My wife and I were interested in a house in Renkum. We went to visit it and discussed everything with the realtor (Mr D.H). As we were interested in the property, the same day of the visit (Friday), we sent him an email telling that we were willing to make an offer on Monday after having clarified the last doubts. On Monday, we call him several times and sent emails, but he never answered to us. We called the agency directly and the secretary told us that the house was already sold, even though the realtor had confirmed us during the visit that he would have waited until Monday before accepting any offer. Upon request of clarification, we received no answers from his side. The sad part of the story is that even after three weeks, the house is still on the market. We thought that this behaviour was due to the fact that we are expats, but after having discussed with many Dutch friends, their inability to properly deal with clients seems constant with everyone.

Our experience with Timmer & Timmer Makelaars is good. They helped us after satisfaction. Are very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.

Great company, really professionals. If you approach them because you want to rent a house that they have on the site, and you indicate that you will have to leave your house in a month and a half, you will quickly view it and indicate directly at the viewing that you want to rent it they just wait 3 weeks for your reply. No step harder, no extra bell, they do nothing for you. Out of the box is not in the book with these people. Fortunately, there are also good real estate agents, so I don't have to go to the Salvation Army at the end of the month. You can choose; do yourself a favor, and then do not opt ​​for these amateurs. 2 stars, because the viewing was a kind of good.

I was already aware that my experience with Timmer & Timmer Makelaars would be a good one: otherwise I would not have become a client again 15 years after my first encounter with Timmer & Timmer Makelaars. Just like with wine: over the years the quality matures and the following applies: good wine does not need a wreath. Very satisfied and reasonably priced. No more doubting: Timmer & Timmer Makelaars = the place to be.
