If there are new homes on the site and you respond, everything is suddenly already under option. Do calculate registration costs, but site not up to date.

Tried for a week to get in touch with someone from MVGM Arnhem by phone / mail and this has not yet been successful. On hold several times for 1.5 hours, but in vain no response, or the call was automatically ended. In short, in terms of communication and accessibility, this company scores even worse than Ryanair.

Only bad experiences, also happy that I could cancel my rent after six months, but I still get money back from heating costs. Been waiting for over a year, just been on hold again for 2 hours and was thrown out. So now filled out a contact form I'm curious.

What a bastard organization. Collecting a thousand euros every month, but not providing a bit of service or responding to a complaint. Text example of how not to do it.
