Not Professional and very poor communication. They do not update their listings in Funda or Pararius websites either. In-spite of sending multiple emails, and talking over phone, their response is pretty luke warm. Never received answers for queries asked. Forget about deposits paid for rent. Very discouraging remarks. It appears they do not like to work with expats. Not recommended for expats.

We are moving to Nijmegen from the UK and due to covid19-related travel restrictions we had to find a place without visiting. This was understandably stressful, but Valerie and her colleagues helped us find a place that fit all our requirements. Valerie was the one agent who took into account what we wanted and suggested a suitable house we may not have otherwise seen. She has been very responsive to my numerous questions and calls. Highly recommend.

Mauritshuis was exceptional in their service delivery. They did a great screening of apartments, only showing the best quality available in the market. They were very speedy, responsive and all was done to my best interest. I would highly recommend them!

When I came from Sweden I had help from 't Mauritshuis Verhuurmakelaars with finding the right property for me. They were really service minded and took all the time to help me as good as they could. Thank you very much for giving me a comfortable move to The Netherlands!

Bad communication, handled terribly and when a complaint and frustration was expressed they put us on a blacklist and called the owner and told him not to rent to us. Contacted the owner to make a complaint, he promised to handle this and promptly went on holiday! Companies like this should not be allowed to operate in modern day society, stay away.
