Good service, easily accessible and honest. Leakage from the roof turned out to be worse than initially estimated and difficult to detect. Frans eventually had to come back several times to find the problem, because the cause turned out to be in a not so obvious place. Then neatly and quickly resolved within the warranty.

Frans cannot be trusted. Gives a guarantee on the roof but then fails to honor agreements and leaves you with a leaking roof.
