Do not expect to get correct information from the call center because they will tell you one thing and the next time another. I recommend anyone to record all the calls you have so you have some proof & knows whom to hold responsible for.

Generally they are good, but I am talking to their customer service now and it is awful. They are not explaining to me how it works, only using technical language and repeating the same thing over and over again. It's stressing me out because I am trying to find out how much I will have to pay and they are not giving me a straight answer. It's so bad I think I will probably leave.

Beautiful building with very attentive andd outgoing Staff,what iliked also were the free coffee you can take at the coffeemaker for free. The restrooms are also very clean and spacious the parking spaces were sumply the best!

Never go to this health insurance company again. Unfortunately, I lost my job some time ago and got several months behind in payment of the health insurance premium. I kept in touch and tried to make a payment arrangement, but Frieslandsche did not agree. Friesland insurer then filed a file number PER arrears and had everything presented to the court. For each file number, therefore, 200 euros registry costs and additional fines. This has pushed me even further into debt that bothered me for a long time. Never experienced at any other company. Your supplementary insurance will also be terminated without mercy until the arrears have been paid, which means that you are no longer entitled to dental care until then. Today I received a message that I have been accepted by another health insurance company, I am just dancing. I am so happy. Day Friesland insurer. Thanks for all the misery and see you never again.
