Personal service and fast delivery. It is better to support local entrepreneurs than the large chains.
I have been coming there with pleasure for years and since they are no longer game mania I notice that they have better prices for both buy and sell. Honest advice, friendly staff, definitely the first choice for me.
I had a Playstation 5 on pre-order and was told I would get a text message a few days before release when I could pick it up. Unfortunately, they didn't have enough decency to report that they couldn't collect my pre-order. Please communicate better next time.
Just the old 'GameMania' so feels like 'old and familiar'. Friendly and helpful staff, wide range of new and second-hand and fun merchandise.
