NOT RECOMMENDED! I went there once to extend our kitchen and called them five times afterwards to arrange it but every time I was told that they will give me a call (which I was not called) or I was asked to call them back next day! Finally I decided to not order the kitchen from them. There are much better options in Rotterdam.
I'd look elsewhere if you need a kitchen. They do not keep the agreements and customer friendliness is hard to find!
Sales: good sellers, treated calmly and kindly. During this process, we have been well thought out.
Measuring in the meantime: no comments or remarks, except that we had to sign, but afterwards it turns out that we have not been told things, while that now works against us because you 'signed'.
Delivery: super deliverers, sincerely no comments or comments.
Quality kitchen: it concerns a kitchen of more than 12,000 euros. The stuff looks good, so far no bad experiences with the equipment.
Aftercare: Here comes the bad point. After delivery and payment, the loot appears to be in and is not given home. All depends on the customer. In this case it concerns the location of the extractor hood to the outside. We followed the report but now it appears that they would never give advice about this place. We cannot now use the extractor hood without filters. Took a long time for a response and had to get angry first. Then they react coldly with your guilt, not ours. Here comes the big warning: it is assumed that they will not see you again in the first 10 years, so the customer is no longer king after delivery, there is no thinking along in solutions and service or even meeting you. Even if this is less than six decades, it is principle.
Generic: absolutely not a bad kitchen matter, but be careful that after delivery people no longer give home and everything is up to the customer (I see that in many reviews). One only refers to the signatures and as a customer you obviously need to know everything about a kitchen, because after all it is the customer's responsibility. Kitchen competitor can only advise, but always call an expert. If you do not want that risk of problems and you do want service after delivery, then I recommend buying a kitchen outside of Mandemakers group.

Normally I am not at all fond of writing reviews, but now I am very disappointed with the services of the kitchen competitor. Kitchen is not delivered as agreed, sizes were wrong and help / advice can be expected. Have been in contact with the Alexanderium store manager several times and then you say “yes, of course I can't remember what your question was”. To give an example, my husband and I wanted an extractor hood without a pipe. This was all possible during the preliminary meeting and, so said, a nice extractor hood. A few months later when the kitchen was delivered, we were quite surprised that there was suddenly a hood (let me say that we have no knowledge of this at all) so we called if a hood should be put on and an extraction outside or that, as we agreed, there is no need to cut it. This so that we could take into account the piece of work that was done. We were told it needed a hood. Well of course we were already fed up with this. Turns out later that this was not necessary. My husband called the store manager and he suddenly knew nothing and had asked my husband the wrong question, of course ......
we have chosen to install the kitchen ourselves, luckily we have a friend who is a kitchen setter. Well, if we had had to follow the drawings, the kitchen would not have been included yet and a lot of sawing was needed to ensure that the kitchen would fit together properly, while everything would be delivered to size and ready-made ... you then go to the customer services that are only available from 10: 30-12: 30. (For the most full-time working people the busiest time of the day) All in all, we are deeply disappointed with the services and hope the kitchen competitor will listen to us carefully and meet us with an appropriate solution to our complaints / the kitchen.
