I would not recommend this store to my friends. Certainly not if you want a new passport photo. The only plus point is that they are open during lock-down until 6:00 PM and I could go the next day. - I also found the photographer to be anything but customer friendly. You would think that in this day and age. You should be happy that you can stay open and then help the few customers you get one day as friendly and fun as possible. - As with every passport photographer, you always get 1 nice photo. Click and go. (yes ... okay, he's nice ....?) - Then the picture that matters. Only instruction I got was how to sit. CLICK! and finished. I did not get to see him whether I was satisfied with it myself. Only later did I see the photo, I was therefore not satisfied. The lighting a bit too straight from the front, so that no shadow was visible at my chin / jaw line. So my head and neck seemed like one whole. - When making a joke about straightening / photoshop my eyebrows, the response was also short and serious. And so I was outside again within 7 minutes. With a very bad feeling. Paid money for a photo that I am not happy with at all. Since when is only 1 photo taken? The height of the exposure does not work well for everyone. Earning easy money ..... Right now, wouldn't you have more time for an extra bit of service? In any case, I will never come again! I drive half an hour back to my old hometown to have the photo taken there. Very sorry about this.

Today I picked up my new Nikon camera (by appointment). The camera was ready for me and was given plenty of room to test. Expert advice and good service.

For me, good service, beautiful photos, I am very satisfied, also our wedding photo, beautifully framed, nice employees, great.

Appointment quickly made to have a passport photo taken! And nice that they added a smiling photo!
