Not a correct firm. We had to return 2 defective devices at our expense. The shipping costs would be reimbursed afterwards, this is also stated on the website. The devices were exchanged (one has to be patient and constantly e-mail yourself), but the shipping costs are no longer discussed. I've already sent several emails, but they don't even bother to reply. they also do not help you by telephone. Not recommended at all!

Ordered 3 lanterns for Christmas, 1 was quickly broken due to a short circuit.
