I am very happy that Wav-e Leeuwarden came my way. Due to the corona, our company is at a standstill all year round. Because I started in November, I get up much fitter and have more energy. My body has already taken on a completely different look. It really gives me a positive vibe. Highly recommended.

From January I come here every week! You get very good and fun guidance and the fifteen minutes is over! A big plus is that you can book the times yourself via the sportivity agenda. And .... the result !! Much stronger muscles, no more back problems and everything is much tighter !!! I will definitely continue with this!

My results after 1 month: Energy from spring below 0 to at least +60! Houding My attitude is right, I also move more smoothly. I did not expect this! Not even 1 time I found an excuse not to go. I look forward to it every time. On to the 2nd month. I'm excited. 😀
