Very poor after-sales service: Complaint with color formation on several stairs / railings and different steps. My complaint was not taken seriously at all. Commitments have been made that I would be called but never heard back. After a visit on location finally called back by the director. The answer to my complaint was anything but solution-oriented, according to them, this complaint had never occurred before. Exactly the answer that you as a consumer can do nothing with, after all, I do have it. It would have been a little effort to have it assessed in any case. This was not asked at all and the complaint was therefore not even assessed. As a producer, I would take incidents at the roots and take them seriously. In short: very bad after-sales service, I can't make it any different. We sit with a staircase that has been varnished three times and still with increasing color formation (brown spots). Some holes in bars are drilled too deep, adhesive residues visible on the side. This was not even listened to.

Very poor with agreements and clarity.

Friendly staff and a wide choice of stairs. Good thought was given to make the right choice.
