American here and very little help with complaining did so online and in person. No help also have submitted multiple times online and never even had one phone call or reply. Seems a bunch of people are employed and I am sure provide different services depending who you are in the society. Believe because I am American and not Dutch people here have a way of turning a cheek.. I paid €3000-4000+ total here plus food

Building has been demolished in Leeuwarden. Call Waiting time is 17 minutes. in other words, you have already lost 1.70 before you are helped on the line. This will not make you good. And that should assist the citizen. So many times. Strap says 16 min waiting time. Make that only 30. Still no one spoken. Not even an option for test 2 to make an appointment.
