I am very satisfied with Peter Boer's work. I had always heard from other parties that it was not possible to refinance the mortgage. Peter Boer saw opportunities and indeed our mortgage could be transferred, so that our monthly mortgage costs went down considerably. Peter was always very friendly and patient and has always explained all steps and the new mortgage well. Even though we called again a few days later to inquire about something, Peter was patient and calm to talk to us and explained it again. There is quite a lot of information and documents that are required, but together with Peter that went well and it was not confusing. He kept an overview. In short, I can certainly recommend Peter Boer for refinancing the mortgage.

Only have our mortgage refinanced. I came into contact with Peter Boer. It was quite a search to find the right mortgage. However, Peter Boer is a go-getter and where others stop, he continues. He pulled out all the stops, but he did it. Peter is a friendly personality and always keeps his promises. It is also not unimportant that the communication lines are short and response time very fast. He has also been advising us on all kinds of insurance policies. Peter looks beyond any consultant we have spoken to so far and has made exactly what we wanted possible. The contact is personal. He takes the time to listen to you, and more importantly, he knows how to explain very clearly what he is doing and going to do. He quickly switched our old mortgage to a new, much more attractive alternative, which makes use of the lower interest rate. He was also able to explain very clearly which documents we had to provide for this, which were therefore quickly collected. I certainly recommend Xale Mortgages.

With the help of Peter van Xale, we received mortgage advice one for a new-build home. Thanks to him, we were able to take out the mortgage and are now waiting for construction. Thanks Peter
