Bought 8 of his CIFTÉ ECC812 tubes for my AR LS22 pre amp. Started with an email which was answered within 2 hours. After that 5 or 6 more emails in one or two hours. These guys are very knowledgeable, have massive amounts of tubes in all sizes and have great coffee in a brand new, tastefull building. From now on they are my goto if it's about tubes, tube testing and matching. And lucky for me, very near to where I am located.
Ordered a couple of tubes. Never delivered and stoped answering my emails.
Does not even bother to respond to a (repeated) request about the deliverability of a specific type of tube. Missed opportunity.
N.a.v response owner: Again a pity, do I have to put the chat history online? Fortunately there are a lot of other suppliers.
