We've had Merel Jansens and her team at Kalmoesplein Eindhoven as our veterinary team for the last 12 years and they've given the absolute best care, both for our cat, and our Rhodesian Ridgeback, who recently passed after 12 1/2 years of age. Through all the years with our beloved family pets, the team at DierenDokters have been by our sides through the many good moments, and at times worried moments, always with concerned thought and a fun, caring attitude. The practice is modern and up to date in methods, which has been important to us. Even when we finally had to say goodbye, Merel gently led us through the process--giving us the strength to be the best we could for our pet. We couldn't be more thankful for the team at Kalmoesplein!

Unfortunately, I cannot fully agree with the enthusiastic reviews. I have a very frightened dog (relocator from abroad) that is terrifying to vets. Indicated in advance, would be taken into account. First we had to wait a long time in the waiting room where different people were walking back and forth all the time, very restless. Then my dog ​​was dragged to the consultation room, I was not allowed in, because corona. The consultation afterwards was short and took place in the same troubled waiting room. My dog ​​was so restless and stressed that I could barely focus on the conversation. Now I switched to another vet where everything is much better organized, where they create more peace, where I can also come in in times of corona to support my dog, where they make more time for us and, most importantly, where my dog ​​is noticeably calmer and less scared.
