Very professional and kind. They really helped me with a difficult situation and were really thoughtful. They worked really hard to get me a visum in these difficult, COVID-19 times. Even though another solution was not possible, they kept searching for possibilities. I am really thankful that Yoo Kyung & Eon Ji from the embassy helped me. Thank you!! Unprofessional communication or actually no communication at all after having sent several inquiries about a job application. Even a phone call did not give any clarifications, instead, it showed a lack of effort in adhering to their public service duty.

On the phone and also in person the employers of this embassy behave bureaucratic and are not interested to think in terms of service. It is hard to get the right information, personally or through the website. Traveling 1,5 hour for nothing while this could have been avoided is a pity. They answer smiling like "this is just the law", and "do you want to be helped by us at all" when I make a complaint about the incomplete of information they give me.

not so busy, no security check at entrance , fast service, staff speaks good english, not so accessible with public transportation
