Saw a Bugaboo stroller online for a great price. Could find few reviews / experiences but ordered anyway. Delivery was somewhat delayed but that was due to Bugaboo itself, was nicely communicated by MiniHippo. I was then told the product would arrive on August 12, and on August 13 I did indeed receive an e-mail with shipping notification from MiniHippo to my address including track & trace code and explanation about warranty etc. And indeed neatly delivered on 14 August. So fine. Didn't need service yet, but I have confidence in that now. Recommended!
Good and transparent service! Today I went to get a part for my pram (which was very difficult to obtain). Because I was short of hands with my son in hand, they assembled the part for me. Top!
