Ridiculously bad service. We have made an application via the web form. After about 7-10 days we called to ask if the application had gone well. (After all, we had not heard anything again) That conversation was already very vague, but we had to send an email with our names so that she could look at the application at the office. The next morning the message below was the answer (this was the full email, no opening or closing at all) ||| Indeed, I have not received any payment and therefore no application. You can request it again! ||| Because we found the telephone conversation and the e-mail rather separate, we submitted the application to the embassy ourselves. Suddenly, a few days before departure we received a text message that the visa was on its way. We immediately called with the question where this comes from plus an explanation as above. Nothing to worry about, she would fix it. Today we suddenly received an invoice. We emailed us immediately, we got quite angry and hysterically called that it is OUR fault and that we did it all wrong. As it turned out, we made a typo in our email address during the request. According to the lady on the phone, it was our fault and we had to pay. According to her, we had not done anything to find out this error. But we have clearly had the emails and phone calls. The tone on the phone was pretty angry. Do not apply for your visa here, it costs unnecessary extra money. You can do it all at the embassy Easy to do yourself.

Disrespectful customer service. I will simply apply for your visa at the embassy in The Hague.
