Premium gym is a very pleasant environment to train, even if, like me, you have no experience or background in (kick) boxing. I myself made the choice for punching bag training. The trainers are professional, clear and clear in communication and explanation. They push you to get the best out of yourself and take the time to explain the technique to you.
Experience or not, at Premiumgym you can really feel welcome, everyone is there for the same goal and that is just an hour of hard training within your own ability.
It is a very nice gym. Both for the beginner and the advanced. And it is also great fun and educational for kids, teens and the little ones!
