Neijenesch Tools and Hardware

Terrible in terms of DPD point! Very unfriendly. 2 weeks ago I want to get my package, there is not. Is signed by neijenesch but package is really not there. Had contact with DPD, package must be there, NO IS NOT THERE. After many messages with DPD Sunday message that my package must be at Neijenesch. BUT within 5 days otherwise the return sender will be sent. I can only get Saturday. I myself am recovering from a major operation and cannot cycle that far. My friend is only half past five and then Neijenesch is already closed. Also no shopping evening on Friday, so you can't. Neijenesch called if he would like to see if my package is really there and then please hold it until Saturday so that I can pick it up. NOU MRS, WE DON'T START THAT! I have tried to explain about DPD and that I can only come on Saturday. Complete discussion !! In that time, the gentleman could have had a look for a long time. Well stocked tool shop with knowledgeable and helpful staff

With the disappearance of many hardware stores I came to Neijenesch a while back. Fine business, lots of choice and also brands with more quality than the average hardware store. Price has always been better than expected, comparable or even cheaper than online. My preference remains for a place where I can see the tools and also easy to step in if something is wrong. Highly recommended, for me it has become a permanent address.
