If you forget your pass once, which is human, you are not allowed in if you don't have your pass with you. You pay dues, people know you, but no you are not allowed in! The words that come to mind include unfortunate, curious, annoying, customer-friendly and flexible. Really very mediocre this. But you have shown a straight back, because rules are rules. Now just follow a CRM lesson and you will understand what customer friendliness means 😊👋🏼.

Those people who work here are not customer friendly. They just put a note on your card and don't tell it to you 👎🏼 It's a pity 😡
