Monday 1st trial lesson for my daughter. Very nice people on the phone. Also very understanding, and respectful in everything. Especially because, my daughter needs Resilience training because she is bullied a lot. I immediately felt understood and taken seriously. This will certainly work out fine. Communication clarity is so important with the first steps you have to take as a parent. To find the right place for your child where you really feel understood and heard. And to gain complete confidence in this. You deserve 5 big stars. And maybe 10 if I could have ticked this one. Toppers !! Thanks for the talk and see you Monday !! 👌🌹👊
