Super nice training sessions, varied and in a good atmosphere. If in doubt, come and see and experience it. If you cannot do something then there are always alternative exercises. I enjoy working out 2 to 3 times every week.

Accessible, that's what counts especially for me! I came there on my own and immediately had a WE feeling. You really do sport together, and especially for yourself. Good guidance and you will be heard, even if you have physical limitations (read shoulder-pelvic-knee problems, etc.), your schedule will simply be adjusted. For me every time I go to a party ... ok ... during the training it is quite hard, but I know in advance that I will be very happy after training ..., so we will continue 😉! TOP training !!!

Addition 6-12-2017 Half a year ago I wrote the review below, I had just started. I have been working at only SHE for over six months now and I am even more enthusiastic. I have never had the same training so it is very varied and never boring. Only SHE wants to be a fit community and that has been more than successful. I have found really sweet sports buddies and together we push each other to the next level. I can pull myself up to my buddies, so I challenge myself enormously and also outside of sports we do fun things such as good food together and a long chat after classes. Really nothing but praise, I have never liked sports so much and I never thought I could reach this level. The training courses are super intensive and hard work, but can be followed by everyone at their own level and that makes it just as much fun. Small-scale, so that attention is paid to each individual and you learn to do the exercises in the right way. And super nice, motivating trainers who challenge you to push yourself to the limit and a bit further. This is exactly what I was looking for and what was not there yet. I'm happy with it!
