Last year I started yoga for the first time, at I Am Yoga.
I experience Inge's lessons as caring. The lessons bring me a lot of peace and I get to know myself and my body better and better. After a lesson "that nice feeling" that it brings me still works for days. Special also how she makes the lessons always surprising, with the music, mantras, scents with a special instrument or a catchy guided meditation. In short: are you not familiar with Yoga and does it tickle? Then you have to be with Inge. I am Yoga 040.
I had been planning to do yoga for so long. So when Inge and I AM yoga came on my path, I immediately signed up. I soon noticed that the exercises during the yin yoga classes did a lot of good for strengthening and relaxing my connective tissue and joints. For me it is a welcome addition to the rest of the sports that I do and a blessing for my body.
