Appraised for valuation via Maatwerk.nl. I received a report with a lower than expected appraisal value that is significantly different from the model value. That is possible, but with hardly any substantiation why the value is lower than all reference objects, I wonder why the market value is on average 10-26K lower than ALL reference objects. After criticizing the report, I initially received a short email through the corner. After further criticism, the report was corrected for a small point, but even then there is no decent substantiation available. She does not care that the fact that all similar houses in the area are all valued higher. They rely on the fact that the report has already been 'validated' and that is why I shouldn't nag. I am free to request a 2nd opinion at my own expense. Well thanks, but next time definitely not with you.
