Bad communication. And no establishment on their part. If you have said something wrong (in their ears) you are out of luck. Had an appointment that was urgent due to leakage in the house. Called on the day of the appointment but they were convinced that I had canceled. After calling not even an excuse for the confusion and I could just make a new appointment in a week's place. An emergency could not get rid of it. NOT RECOMMENDED
