Due to a sale, there was some doubt about possible backlog in the maintenance of the roof. Because the reflection period expired that day, Paul Voogt drove to the house that same evening and made / emailed a short objective condition report with an estimate of the costs for the next maintenance. If that comes about in one evening, I call it an exceptionally good service.
