Received a very cheap looking box that did not work, with a remote control that did not function and was refused a refund less than two weeks after receiving the item - this is a scam company selling substandard products
Very quick response when I contacted them on the phone. Helpful and direct. Picked up my Mag351 at the office in Rotterdam a couple of hours later. At arrival I got a demonstration of what to expect since I was not familiar with the product. A friend of mine has the Mag 250. I was always amazed by the capabilities of the Mag 250. The demonstration is was a pleasant surprise by the lag-less and highly responsive computing power of the device. The updated capabilities are more than I need but good to have when the time comes. Needless to say the image was very crisp. A leap forward is an understatement. I will definitely tell my friends about this service. The service is not expensive comparing what is offered in the other big cities which charge more for less.
CAUTION : be quiet !! don't buy anything....Scams and fraud. 2 IP TV Box I bought. 1-year warranty, they said it was. After 1 month it broke.they sent it to warranty.It's been more than 1 year didn't come back. they didn't refund my money. a name that is already open 1 -2 hours, some days 4 times without a reply you the address at once place.. I went to 2 shop phoned and made an appointment.they didn't know me gave up on it and they said there wasn't anything like that.. they cheat ... not an easy thing to discuss..

Bad communication. Is just ignored via whatsapp ..... communication was very fast when I bought my box.
My image is not aligned with the sound. Cabinet is the red360, bought at androidkastje.nl. when they report they say they can mean nothing to me. Must contact red360. The seller is legally responsible for malfunctions. Bad servive.
