Friendly Staff doing their best with all the covid restrictions
Printer broken and that meant buying new ink for my new printer. Unfortunately I did not have a receipt for the old ink that I had purchased on October 31, 2020 and Primera did not have the correct ink in stock for my new printer. The Canon ink could be unopened in duo packaging in the bin with old cartridges (taking it back was not an option because the receipt was missing). Fortunately, the IT shop in the Hoftuin (100 meters away) had the ink I needed. I think it is a great pity that Primera still has a policy from the last century, only exchange or return with coupon is completely outdated in a time when every visit and every purchase is stored in computer systems. You will not see me again for the rest of this year and perhaps 2021 either. From now on I will buy my ink in the IT shop in the Hoftuin and for other items I will go to the bookstore, also in the Hoftuin.

Friendly staff, pleasant shop. Unfortunately only open for postal parcels at the moment. Ordering is possible.

when I knocked on the window she looked at me and then continued to ignore me again. (meanwhile the three of us were waiting)
