Tuesday 16 July along to make an appointment for repair crack in screen. Appointment made for Thursday morning will be ready Thursday afternoon. Thursday for the phone to be delivered would not be ready until Friday. Friday evening along case closed according to the site until 9 pm shopping evening. Not finished by Saturday. Re-order defective screen. Monday 3:00 PM ready. Monday 3:30 PM phone in pieces on work table, ready within 30 minutes. 16:30 back phone broke do not know what possibly hit something. Should send to Waalwijk by Thursday, July 25 at the latest, but definitely ready, would call me. If it got earlier. Thursday, July 25 not yet called. 4:30 p.m. itself but nothing came in, nothing heard from repairman head office. They call me back with 30 minutes with further info. No longer called back by them. On Monday I received a loan device with Samsung S8, which is now almost empty and has not received a charging cord. I will never come here again, no service will not honor agreements and will not keep you fully informed about the state of affairs. Continuation, After a few more days I was finally able to pick up my phone. Back to the store and yes again not ready then I expired my self-control and became quite angry. The phone had to be ready the next day and he had to call me (in short). And that was the case for the first time since 10 visits that it was ready. Replacing everything from screen front to back new battery you name it. Apologies from both sides when I arrived at the store and I did not have to pay the bill. Unfortunately, the phone got the first problems after a few days, first the back came loose then the on / off button no longer worked and two days after that the screen came loose at the bottom. A new cover wanted everything in its place. But it was not over yet the following week during work, the phone stopped completely. Gave 80% full but with an app message it was 2% and went out. Did not want to turn on the charger anymore, it said full but with every start-up it was equal to 5%. You could go back, of course, but as the saying goes, a donkey doesn't bump into the same stone twice. Long story short bad service bad repair you save the frustration just don't go.
