Staff not knowledgeable who will tell you anything in order to sell. Among the staff a cheeky youngster who could be my son making up stories trying to cover up up his lack of knowledge.

I buy as much as possible from local SMEs, because I would like to contribute to the preservation of shops in the center of Pijnacker. Still, I quit at Expert. I make it clear that I don't appreciate getting repackaged showroom models. I buy 2 vacuum cleaners, I get one. The other will be delivered later. When you get home, vacuum cleaner 1 is no longer in its original packaging. I didn't feel like going back and started using the vacuum cleaner. After a week a phone call from the company to pick up vacuum cleaner 2. Seller arrives with a heavily damaged box that was held together with adhesive tape. When I said that I did not accept that and had been clear, there was a lot of talk to try to justify it. I told them to keep it and walked away. I don't expect this store with this behavior to be around in a few years.
Expensive Miele vacuum cleaner ordered via the internet.
Would be delivered by Expert Pijnacker.
They have outsourced this to Postnl.
Fine if everything goes well ..... package lost ....
I had to wait almost 2 weeks for my new vacuum cleaner because Expert does not take the responsibility to immediately provide me with a new vacuum cleaner and wait for the lost vacuum cleaner myself.
Very annoying if you have 2 dogs in the house and cannot suck normally!
In addition, very difficult to reach by phone, email contact unfriendly and hastily typed without even typing a name in the salutation or closing.
For me this is the 2nd bad experience with this case, so also the very last!
