My husband and I hired their services to help us buy a home in Leiden. It was not easy to find our perfect home, but we got the keys last week. We could not have been happier with the great service that this estate agent provided from start to finish. We would recommend them to anyone buying a home in Leiden, especially those who do not know the city very well (like ourselves).

It is that I cannot give 0 stars otherwise I would have done that. Canceling appointments at the last minute because they "don't want to bother waiting for you at the agreed time" is very unprofessional. As a customer you cancel appointments and you are free from work to view a property, but as a real estate agent you apparently cannot care less about it and simply say "no we are not coming". So sorry possibly purchased property, you will not be able to get the most from the market with these brokers, because this broker does not want to make an effort to receive potential buyers.
