We have a fireplace for the first time. Fortunately, we thought in time that we first had to check the air shaft. Called this company. We could be helped quickly. Unfortunately, the job turned out to be bigger than expected, but an appointment a week later was made in no time. The employee, a friendly man, arrived early and worked hard, as the air duct was full of twigs and more from top to bottom. A new hood has also been installed. He climbed the roof for this. This was also necessary to clear the channel. At the end everything was tidy and we got some tips. Tip from us for the telephone contact: For us it would have been nice to know in advance what was needed: newspapers for example. It would also have been useful if there had been some further questions about the chimney at first, because then the first (quick) appointment would not have to be made, but the big appointment immediately.

We have been without heating for 2 weeks now, and sir was able to come by quickly. That is a positive point. Unfortunately, he could not determine the problem, after which he just grabbed a solution out of the blue: the radiator buttons are broken. 4 pieces, different radiators, 2 of which are less than a year old, all broke down in 1 day. "Yes ma'am, I have to draw a conclusion". In the meantime it has of course turned out that this was not the problem. On the spot he called acquaintances to see if they had an idea. "It must be the heat pump. I will see for you what it costs to purchase, and then I will make a quote for it later". The same day I received an invoice for his (useless) activities, but to date (4 days later) no quotation or quotation. Conclusion: little knowledge, just does something and does not fulfill his agreements. We are looking for an actual installer who can help us with our problem.

Every year we are helped with the sweeping of the chimney in the most friendly and helpful way. The job is done quickly and there is always time for a chat for much-needed advice about the installations. Recently I accidentally hit a crack in the roofing felt of my garage, obviously in the pouring rain. Fortunately, Firma Baggerman was able to be on site quickly to repair the leak quickly and professionally!

Leakage of water mains. After 2x wrong advice from a leak detection company, the men pulled out all the stops on 2 Saturdays to make three very difficult diversions. Well done, we are very happy with the commitment! Craftsmanship and enthusiasm!
