It is a pity to write such a review about a Travel Agency in a nice place like Oegstgeest. It's shameful how I was treated there. I went to the travel agency and out of respect for the 1.5 meters I stopped at the entrance, I saw that there was no one inside except one employee right in front of the window to the shopping street. After I said good morning I asked if I could ask her something, answers said “it depends on something”. As she continued to look at her computer screen, I told her that my family is trapped in a code orange area and if there were any opportunities to travel to them. She immediately said no, we don't. I asked her when they would be able to book. Whether they only booked in code green or how they arranged it. She said this will probably stay that way all year round and about those colors “you can figure that out yourself” ... I stayed calm and finally asked her “isn't it perfectly normal for a customer to ask something like that?” ... She looked at me like a monkey in a rusty watch and said nothing, I wished her a good day, but on closer inspection it was not entirely fair because I really did not wish her that at all. Not to mention customer service, this is one of the most disgraceful, disrespectful, rude and unsympathetic ways I've ever been treated as a customer. How can a company like this represent them to arrange fun vacations is a mystery to me.

Not very flexible with bookings and handling.

What an unrespectful person works there, say. Unfortunately, all old employees are gone there. I come in there to book a trip. The first thing that old bastard says; What are you doing here. Really seriously I came for some tomatoes. Anyway, she says I don't work so I don't have time for all of you but you have to make an appointment. Her colleague was busy with someone. But this old bastard was not concerned with anyone, nor was anyone waiting. You are a customer !!!

A team of expert, friendly, enthusiastic and creatively thinking employees works at this travel agency. As a result, since a few years in a row, I have been assured of beautiful holiday trips, whereby everything is perfectly arranged for me as a customer! Hence my rating with 5 stars.
