Tourist information center. A good place to find info on stuff to do or see in and around Leiden. They have some souvenirs as well and lots of interesting stuff to buy. The staff is friendly and quite helpful. Its located just outside the central train station after Jumbo.

Friendly and helpful, but they sold me a self-guided walking-tour booklet (about €5) before offering me a free map. Close to the railway station.
