Was our vet ten years ago, for our first dog, and they were mostly fine for checkups and neutering, but in the end did not take small worries very seriously, as if you're making a fuss over nothing. We had to take her elsewhere, and shortly afterwards she died suddenly. They told us it was nothing.

Nice, informative and very respectful. My old cat was very relaxed, while at the old vet she would have been agressive. He was gentle and said beforehand what he was going to do. He gives enough space and helps you comfort your pet during the procedure if possible.
