Rude grumpy staff. He had to know at the entrance what I had with me, fine, whole list ... was not finished yet and was already talking through me where to dump it. I couldn't understand half of it, he doesn't speak that clearly, very grumpy when he had to repeat it. Other staff walking around there weren't very friendly either. Incidentally, it was quiet, only 2 other visitors were there, so no corona crowds that day. So they didn't have to be so grumpy for that. RAD HW has some crazy plans anyway, just read that from now on you have to make a reservation if you want to dispose of waste! Because of the crowds ... drop by regularly, but it hasn't been that busy lately. Next year you will not even get a calendar when the waste is collected ... it says in the local newspaper, but I rarely get it (not the whole neighborhood here). You have to put an app on your phone, I don't want that at all ... (plenty of people who can't even do that!). First let them do normal work at the RAD, and just pick up waste on fixed days ... they have already proven that they cannot plan, you cannot solve that with an app.

For such a large company, to which so many people are linked, very difficult to reach by telephone. Thinking along with a different way (or more easy for residents) of collecting or sorting / delivering waste on location, nothing is possible.

You have to register yourself and come at the agreed time, but then you also have plenty of room to quickly dump your waste in the right place. Well arranged.
