Unfortunately, I have to confirm the negative reviews about Auto Binnenmaas. The positive reviews that there are also may distort things, because they push you directly from the delivery to give them a 10 (why independently?), Because less would be considered dissatisfied by the management. These wolves in sheep's clothing are sweet and cooperative as long as they smell money and do not hesitate to provide misleading information in order to make a sale. Once the money is in, that changes. Bought a new car from them in 2018, it indicated quite quickly after delivery that there are some points that do not meet the specifications (range and charging options). I was sent into the reeds with a bunch, it had to be mainly due to my driving behavior. When in November last year it became clear by media attention that this is a design flaw in the car and misleading information has been provided and therefore not only I but many buyers are affected, I reported again and immediately made some suggestions for possible solutions . After more than 2 weeks received a meaningless answer. Indicated not to agree with this and to want a real solution, even suggested additional possible solutions. After 2 weeks of not having heard anything, a registered letter (notice of default) was sent with a request to respond within 2 weeks. Again nothing at all. Then once called for an update. The arrogant branch manager indicated that he had more important things to do than dealing with my complaints and hides behind his supplier, the importer. I now asked him to come up with a real solution at very short notice. Now almost a week later, again nothing heard. I now finally want a solution to this misery, but Auto Binnenmaas is clearly not going to offer me that. I can now go to court to be in the right, but Autobedrijf Binnenmaas also knows that this is a long-term matter that I do not want to wait for because I experience the misery of the Nissan Leaf every day. I have therefore decided to sell the car, which logically yields little more now that it is known that there is a design error and Nissan and Auto Binnenmaas have provided misleading information. I can now at least switch to a decent car that does what is promised and gives me back my driving pleasure. Now calculate the thousands of euros that this bad buy has cost me and walk the long legal road to get compensation. It is a great pity that at Autobedrijf Binnenmaas they do not have the decency to properly speak to customers who have paid almost € 45,000 and to take their problems seriously and solve them. My advice: stay far from this, sooner or later you are guaranteed to regret it if there are any problems. See the many other negative reviews on the various sites, also from sister company Auto Ridderkerk, that seems to be the same. Apparently ingrained in the working method.

NOT customer friendly !!! Seller Theo comes across as sulky and is quite blunt towards customers. As soon as this salesperson gets some contradiction that he is not customer-friendly, he will drop out. Goes back to his cubicle to send emails (busy, busy). Help the customer ???? Ho but. This case is NOT worth going here. Waste of time with the said seller.

Customer-friendliness / service TOP My brother-in-law from Aalsmeer came to visit Oud Beijerland on Saturday and had a problem with his windshield wiper on the way. Drove together to car Binnemaas. Although we are not a customer, we are helped immediately. However, service still exists. Thanks
