Great customer service both times I went there (So good that I walk 4 extra km instead of going to the closer ones). Renting either cars or trucks made super easy.

unprofessional and unfair company Rented a car and already paid, could pick up the car from 5 p.m. Were there at 5:15 PM and the car was already given to someone else because we would be late? Had to come back the next day. Arrived at 0830 and even now there was no car anymore, we should have arrived earlier! Even had to go to another location for a car due to traffic jams! After much discussion we finally got a different bus, a completely different type of car. The car was rented for business appointments, they just suffered damage and the way they lie is really outrageous. Of course the car was not there all this time. we will never rent here again.
