Churros & Sweets

This was the first time I bought something from your bakery and I had a bad experience with your customer service. Earlier this afternoon, I ordered 2 big churros one with chocolate and the other one is plain sugar. Some person took away with my order and the staff of Churros & Sweets gave me the order of the other person which is 2 medium and 1 small churros with 1 chocolate and 2 plain sugar. It may sound good solution but still It is also very disappointing when the staff blame me that I didn't come to pick it up right away. I was there right at the back of the woman who took it. You should make sure that things like this won't happen. May I suggest that you issue a receipt or a number and verify them when you give them their orders.

Always Love it there, delicious great service of helps whenever you want to buy something to eat or drink...👌🏽💯😋 But their closing time they put on Google isn't correct, they should try to change that because when they say they're closed at 19:30 and people goes there to buy something to eat or drink from after 17: 00 and they can't; that's disappointing because they said the closing time is 19:30. So they should try to change the closing time that's on Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday the closing time and not correct for the rest is ok.😊

Good price and very fast service. The churos where great.

This is very disappointing I just was there at 17:30 and they was just busy closing , we want to buy and they don't sale anything, my husband told them in google they close at 19:30 but they don't care. So please correct the time you close for don't confuse the clients.
