Order made over the phone (prénatal direct) and 1 of the staff members arrived neatly at home the next morning at the agreed time. On the phone they had forgotten to ask if I wanted gift wrapping (and I had also forgotten to indicate it) so unfortunately the employee did not have this with him. As a tip, I gave her to put some gift-wrapping paper in the car next time to be on the safe side so that they have it at hand should someone unexpectedly ask (again) about this. The employee responded positively to this. Half an hour later there was an unexpected bell, when I opened the door, the employee was at the door again to hand over the gift paper. Really great service! :)
I was able to pick up my order after 2 days after I called. Super service!
I do have a tip: someone was standing downstairs at the entrance of the lift to receive me and say (to a colleague upstairs) that I was coming. I thought this was a bit unnecessary. Can't I drive upstairs with my car and ring the bell? Table and pin machine at the door and ready!
Super nice service that is now delivered at home by the staff themselves, so I quickly receive my items like today! Always very positive about the store and the employees in Barendrecht, there is always good and pleasant help. Hope the stores will open again soon! Greetings Malika
Very nice people, personal service and the fastest delivery ever via Prenatal direct. We have always been very pleased with this store, but now we are fans. 👍
Prenatal direct is very convenient and very fast. Spend at least € 30 and live within a radius of 15 km from the shop. Called this morning and already arrived. Faster than ordering online.
