Cooker ordered, in stock according to the website and delivered the next day. Turns out to be wrong and delivery time is 4-5 months! It was said they would quickly adjust this on the website, but it doesn't, it still says: in stock. An alternative could not be offered either, so do they have stoves in stock? After a week my money still not back.
I am very dissatisfied with Kooklux's service. Claimed a warranty claim for a product that I purchased there. Here is initially promised that they will go after this and then get no response. This case has been running for 3 months and I have written a reminder email several times and also called several times, but this has not helped. Until now, no feedback. The warranty period for this product is now also over.
Recently made a purchase from Kooklux. We are very satisfied with the communication, service and aftercare of the employees of Kooklux. Nothing is too much for them. From purchase to delivery and installation, everything is well organized!

Finally a shop where professional knowledge and inspiration predominate! I came up with a solid wish list and many questions, which our host Thomas addressed with an angelic patience. We were also offered coffee, which was also very tasty. Almost all my wishes turned out to be fulfilled, so the stove has been ordered!
