Super service!
Super happy with Electro Champion! What good service and fast delivery. I had ordered a washing machine that could actually only be delivered a week later because it was no longer in stock. As a result, I immediately received a proposal for a different brand that was slightly more expensive, but which I could have for the purchase price of the ordered washing machine. And this could be delivered immediately. The washing machine was delivered and installed the same day by two friendly Electrokampioen employees. The men took the old machine. I also had a short explanation about functionalities. I can say nothing but top service delivered and installed within 1 day! Electrokampioen thank you for your customer friendliness and fast service.
It was all very well organized from A to Z. Was nicely contacted about how or what and when I could expect delivery (1 day!). Delivery and installation went very quickly (15 minutes) with a clear explanation of how the new dishwasher works.
Polite, smooth and exactly how I would describe it. Recommended!
