Delivered quickly and received clear information by email. Also clear unpacking instructions. Had some doubts about whether it was reliable because I did not know the company and the price difference with bol.com was quite large, even though it was delivered by you, after reading reviews, ordered it and very satisfied. Will definitely recommend it to others😃

Looking for a TV, I ended up on bol.com. The TV I was advised (family) turned out to be sold through Quick Goods BV. I had never heard of this company and had my doubts. After reading many good reviews, I took the gamble and ordered the TV through their own site. A day later I got a call, the TV I bought was out of stock. The question of whether I minded getting another one, which was equal to the purchased product and even slightly better in terms of image. Everything went very smoothly. I want to thank the employees of Quick Goods for the phone call, the friendly approach, the solution that has been taken and the super fast delivery! Thanks!

On a Monday evening we bought a 55 "TV via bol.com. That evening the second lockdown was called. The delivery services were very busy, which delayed the order. I was initially informed by e-mail about a question about the delivery. After this I even got a call! Super nice conversation. The TV arrived a day later than planned. Super service!

Top store with very friendly service. I had selected a Phillips ambilight television which was unfortunately no longer in stock, I received a phone call about this the next working day. As a solution to this problem I was offered the latest Samsung model with a nice discount, the TV was already delivered the next day. What I found a bit strange was the delivery of dhl, they reported that the television would be delivered at 8:30, but it was only delivered in the afternoon. When I called the customer service about this, they immediately looked for a solution. I would definitely recommend this webshop, the range is fine and I feel I got that little bit more customer-oriented service that you still miss at the somewhat "larger" web shops.
