After an operation, exactly one year ago yesterday, I started training with Antoon van Koesveld 4 weeks later. I found it scary to start exercising independently again because I was reluctant to do exercises incorrectly or with the wrong weights. Now, almost a year later, I still train at Antoon. I am super satisfied and have not been so fit in years! And although weight loss was not an objective, the kilos that disappeared like snow in the sun in the first half of the year have not yet gone. For those who want to work out again after an operation or major illness, who wants to lose weight or just want to exercise in a responsible way: look no further and call Antoon!

Both had personal training in the gym at the Papendrecht location and in the studio in Barendrecht. I can recommend this to anyone. Not too expensive and good guidance! I am very pleased with the personal attention both during and outside the sessions. Setting goals and achieving them becomes a lot easier this way. Antoon and his trainers, thanks!

Anthony is a professional personal trainer. Tunes its guidance to the wishes of the customer. I train there for two years with great pleasure!

Saturday 11 and 25 May we really enjoyed the crossfit open day and workout at Personal Trainingen Barendrecht. Thank you very much! Everyone has experienced it as great and wants more and more often! What's next? :)
